Boil Advisory Lifted

The boil advisory for SWAP customers is now lifted.

Water System Update

SWAP system is beginning to regain normal pressure but we are still asking customers to continue to conserve water if possible. The boil advisory will remain in place until further notice.

Conserve Water

ATTENTION: It is of utmost importance that customers refrain from using water unless absolutely necessary. If you see any water leak, including a leak on our line, please contact Kinder PD at 337-738-2600 or one of us on Facebook immediately to report. If you have a leak please turn water off until you can get it fixed. Until we cut back on usage we will not be able to gain pressure which could result in complete water loss. Please thoroughly check your water lines for leaks and stop dripping water through faucets. Our system has been running four times normal capacity for over four days and equipment failure is likely if consumption is not reduced. We are pleading for everyone to help in this matter. Thank you!

Periodic Outages

SWAP members south of Hwy 190 will begin to experience perodic outages. We will be doing this in an effort to protect infrastructure. Our facilities have been operating at full capacity for a record amount of time. We ask all members to turn off faucets and please report any leaks they may be aware of. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Boil Advisory

Due to low water pressure, SWAP customers South of Hwy 190 are under a boil advisory until further notice. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Possible Service Interruption

Possible water outage for customers east of Hwy 165 tomorrow, July 21st, between the hours of 9am - 2pm. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Scheduled Water Outage

Water Discoloration

Due to inclement weather, SWAP customers located South of Hwy 190 & West of Hwy 383 may be experiencing a brownish tint in water color. This color is from a naturally occurring pigment produced from a well that is used in high demand situations such as droughts & freezes. The discoloration presents no health affects & is safe for consumption.

Boil Advisory Lifted

Boil advisory for South and East of Kinder and West of Cappel Rd on 190 has been lifted for SW Allen Water.
