The new UtiliPay is now active on our website for credit/debit card payments. You will need your customer number (first set of your account #) with this new payment site. We encourage our customers to create an account in the new UtiliPay so you can access your account information at any time. This update will not affect customers on ACH drafting.

Our payment system will be transitioning from XpressPay to UtiliPay between Monday evening, August 31st and Tuesday, September 1st.
During this transition the credit/debit card payment option will be temporaily unavailable. Once the transition is finalized, the new bills for September will be uploaded to UtiliPay. You will be able to access it through our website just as you did with XpressPay. We recommend creating an account in the new UtiliPay once available so you can access your account information at any time.
We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we complete this update. Thank you for your understanding!

SWAP Water is issuing a water conservation notice until further notice. Due to lack of rain and ongoing dry conditions we are asking our customers to conserve and limit nonessential water usage. The system is running at full capacity because of abnormally high demand. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

We will attempt to keep service to all SWAP customers. We will only disrupt service if demand gets too high. Please be mindful of your water consumption throughout the colder temperatures. It is ok to drip faucets but please do so at a minimum.

SWAP members south of Hwy 190 will begin to experience perodic outages. We will be doing this in an effort to protect infrastructure. Our facilities have been operating at full capacity for a record amount of time. We ask all members to turn off faucets and please report any leaks they may be aware of. Sorry for any inconvenience!
