SWAP Water is issuing a water conservation notice until further notice. Due to lack of rain and ongoing dry conditions we are asking our customers to conserve and limit nonessential water usage. The system is running at full capacity because of abnormally high demand. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Cutoffs

July 22, 2026

Cutoffs are scheduled for Monday, July 27th, 2026. If your bill is current, disregard this notice. Reconnect fee is $50.

Low Pressure/Outage Update

Operators continue to work on repairing the major water line blow out. Once water is restored there will be a system wide boil advisory. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Winter Weather update

January 20, 2025

We will attempt to keep service to all SWAP customers. We will only disrupt service if demand gets too high. Please be mindful of your water consumption throughout the colder temperatures. It is ok to drip faucets but please do so at a minimum.

SWAP water bills have a new look! If you are interested in paperless billing, go to our website at swapwaterla.com to sign up. By creating an account you will be able to view your bill online.

Periodic Outages

February 17, 2021

SWAP members south of Hwy 190 will begin to experience perodic outages. We will be doing this in an effort to protect infrastructure. Our facilities have been operating at full capacity for a record amount of time. We ask all members to turn off faucets and please report any leaks they may be aware of. Sorry for any inconvenience!
